Purpose: The purpose of this ministry is to provide an opportunity for CELEBRATION CHURCH at Monroe Street small groups, ministries, and members to reach the community surrounding the Church and the Baltimore City area to: (1)connect people to God and CELEBRATION CHURCH at Monroe Street by demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ, sharing the Gospel and extending invites to Celebration; (2) meet some of the deepest needs of the community; and (3) provide opportunities for the Body of Christ to work together.
Description of Ministry and Activities: This ministry as a team plans and coordinates outreach projects and encourages small groups, ministries, and members to reach out to the community through acts of kindness. Outreach projects include: Health Fair and Harvest Festival, COMMUNITY Service Day (Clothes Closet, Grill & Chill, Prayer Table, Children’s Activities, Operation Clean-up…), Feeding the Homeless, and more. The vision is to expand our offerings to include: Fall & Summer Festivals (including a Block Party). An example of a Church-wide event is the Celebrate CHRISTMAS Fellowship (held at the Church).

Encourage small groups, ministries, and members of Celebration Church to assist in organizing and funding events
Champion outreach events at Celebration Church and in the community
