Purpose: To warmly welcome all first time guests and offer light refreshments during the service and after service. The vision of this ministry is to support Celebration Church to “Help People Win in Life” by extending the Love of God through a warm greeting & hospitality.

Description of Ministry Activities: An environment is fostered for first-time guests where they experience and see Church as a family, not an institution, and feel loved and genuinely cared about.

Opportunities To Serve: Volunteers greet and offer hospitality during Sunday Morning Worship Services and all special Church-wide events

Greet all those entering the Church with a warm smile and with the love in their hearts that God has for them. Greeters also approach first time guests in the Sanctuary and invite them to the Hospitality room.

Prepare and set-up first-time visitors gift bags on the Conference Room Table

Assist visitors with filling out a Connection Card.

Assist in following up with visitors.

Number of Ministry Positions Currently Available: Unlimited

Length of Ministry Commitment: On-going

Time of Ministry Commitment: Currently two Sunday worship services per month

Ministry Meeting Time: Sunday, during service and immediately following service in the Conference Room/Hospitality area and via phone call to first-time visitors.
